Low-Sodium Salsa

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 3 cans Drained No salt added Rotel Diced tomatoes and green chili
  • 1 tsp Fresh Cilantro or Litehouse Freeze dried Cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • Optional: True Lime Crystalized Lime, Garlic and Cilantro to taste

Instructions:

Place chopped onions, jalapeno, drained Rotel Tomatoes, cilantro, granulated garlic and lime juice in Food Processor, Mix in food processor until desired consistency, less for chunky or more for less chunky. 

Taste and adjust as necessary.
