Low-Sodium Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Avocados
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro or Litehouse freeze dried cilantro
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Optional: True Lime Crystalized Lime, garlic and cilantro to add flavor

Instructions:

  1. Mash Avocados in a medium bowl
  2. Add chopped onion, jalapeno, chopped tomato, granulated garlic, cilantro and lemon juice to mashed avocado and mix together.
  3. Taste and adjust as necessary
